Full-time · RemoteLead our engineering team and drive product delivery. You'll balance technical leadership with project management, ensuring we ship quality software on time.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers
- Own the product roadmap execution and sprint planning
- Make build vs. buy decisions and technology choices
- Collaborate with customers to understand requirements
- Balance technical debt with feature development
- Hire and grow the engineering team
What We're Looking For
- 10-12 years of experience in software development
- Proven track record leading engineering teams (5+ engineers)
- Strong technical background—you can review code and make architectural decisions
- Experience with agile methodologies and modern development practices
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contact center or SaaS experience is a plus
Professional Services Engineer
Full-time · RemoteBe the bridge between our platform and customer success. You'll lead implementations, build integrations, and ensure customers get maximum value from Platform28.
What You'll Do
- Lead customer implementations from kickoff to go-live
- Build custom integrations with customer systems
- Configure and customize the platform for customer needs
- Create technical documentation and training materials
- Provide technical guidance during the sales process
- Feed customer insights back to the product team
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years as a software developer or solutions engineer
- Experience with customer-facing technical work
- Strong skills in APIs, integrations, and data migration
- Comfortable with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
Operations Manager
Full-time · RemoteKeep Platform28 running smoothly. You'll own our internal operations, from finance and HR to vendor management and process improvement.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day business operations
- Own financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Coordinate with external partners (legal, accounting, vendors)
- Improve internal processes and documentation
- Support hiring, onboarding, and HR functions
- Ensure compliance and manage contracts
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in operations, finance, or business management
- Experience at a SaaS or technology company
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Comfortable with financial modeling and reporting
- Self-directed—you identify problems and fix them
- Experience with remote/distributed teams is a plus
