    Originally from Michigan, Mark now lives in Atlanta. He began his career in New York, working for Lehman Brothers and Prudential Securities. In 2001, along with Ian Willoughby, Platform28's COO, Mark founded Platform28 (then AKA Unified Arts). Mark maintains a close connection to his hometown, and enjoys spending time at his lake house in Pleasant Lake, MI. Mark enjoys reading business books, Crossfit and running 5k’s. Mark holds a BA degree in Marketing from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.

    Renny holds a B.Sc degree in Computer Engineering from the Albert Dorman Honors College at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Early on in his career, Renny founded Integrated Environments, providing software development consulting services to Fortune 500 clients. He then joined Quantum Telecom Solutions where he helped build their middleware business. Following Quantum’s acquisition by Excel Switching, Renny became Head Of Consulting, supporting carriers and enterprises worldwide. In 2000 he founded Rubix, providing telecom platforms and professional services to national and international Tier 1 carriers. In 2008, Renny became a partner in Platform28 when we acquired Rubix. He and his family live in New Jersey. Renny enjoys good wine and reading White Papers.

    Originally from New Jersey, Staci holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Richard Stockton College in New Jersey. For over a decade, she has managed Business Administration and Customer Support for Platform28, and is focused on her team providing excellent customer service. Staci lives in Lake Claire, Atlanta. She enjoys travel and spending time with her family.

    Sasha Gorman

    EVP of Sales
    Sasha Gorman is Executive Vice President of Sales for Platform28, where he leads the company’s direct sales and partner development program. Sasha has been working in contact center management and strategy for almost 15 years. He started out in an operational role for a small center in Milwaukee, a position that expanded into leading technical strategy for an organization with 15 contact center locations throughout the United States. Most recently he served as Director of Sales at LiveVox. He has developed a number of recognized customer engagement programs, including those in retail, financial services, and healthcare. He holds a B.A. from Bard College and an M.S. from University of Wisconsin-Madison. Sasha and his family live in Madison, WI, where they enjoy winter camping, fall canoeing and 6 days of summer.
